1. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes we do.  For international orders, you would first need to submit this Order FormOnce we receive your order request, we will send you an invoice with the total cost including shipping.



2. Is there a shipping and handling fee?
Depends. For U.S. Domestic Orders, customers may qualify for FREE SHIPPING when the make purchases equal or above (not including shipping and tax) $50.00.  This option DOES NOT apply to International Orders, Large objects such as figurines and Calendars, and Pre-Orders and Special Orders for IMPORT Japan Items. 

For those instances that do not qualify for Free Shipping, a SEPARATE INVOICE WILL BE SENT shortly after your purchase or (in the case of pre-order and special order items) when your item has arrived from Japan.

PLEASE NOTE: that though it may say FREE SHIPPING on your invoice when you make a purchase EQUAL to or ABOVE $50.00, if your order DOES NOT meet the Free Shipping Requirements, a SEPARATE Invoice will be sent for shipping fee costs.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Otherwise, there is a small shipping and handling fee. It is based on weight and how much you order. Starts from $2.00.

3. How are items generally shipped?
We ship most items through 1st class, but for items weighing more than 10 ounce or is considered fragile. (ex: cups, scale-action figurines,and other large glass or clay items) We ship these items through priority mail. We use plenty of cushioning and make sure items get to you in good condition.



4. Do you offer delivery confirmation mail or signature confirmation mail?
Yes. For items over $100 in value, We require that customers purchase signature confirmation. But for everything else you can purchase a delivery confirmation for 0.50 so that you can track the process of you merchandise. ^^



5. When will I recieve my item?
You will recieve your item within 2-5 days after your order is processed.



6. How do I pay for my order?
Everything is done through Paypal so if you have an account with them you can pay directly from your checking account and if not they also allow you to pay with Visa or Master credit cards. Paypal is a secure site so there is no need to worry about confidencial information.



7. Do you do package or bundle deals?
Email us what you would like to order and we'll see if we can work something out ^^



8. "X" item is out of stock. When will you recieve the next shipment of goods?
There is no set time when we will get a new shipment of goods. Therefore, if you see an item you like, do not hesitate to buy it. There is no guarantee that any of the items listed on our site will be re-stocked once they have sold out.

Also be aware that all items are limited.



9. How does the prize point system work?
It's a system where you gain 1 point for every $10.00 that you spend. And with these points you can trade then in for rarity items that are limited or for gift certificates valuing anywhere from $50.00-$100.00. Still in the planning stage but it doesn't hurt to start collecting your points now. ^^
