Prize Redemption is easy, simply fill out the request
form located below and submit it. Upon receiving your
request, Puri Puri Staff will draw up your account and determine
your total accumulated points-to-date and confirm whether they are
enough to purchase the item you requested.
Request Form Once approved, you will receive a
conformation notice noting the following:
- Your Reward Item Approval and Confirmation
- Shipping costs for your free item (shipping costs are
separate from the free item)
- Your revised point balance.
(IMPORTANT NOTE: It is
advised that you store your purchase invoices somewhere safe so
you can use them for future reference.)
(NOTE: You will NOT be able to
checkout your redemption order unless you have enough reward
points for the item(s) in your reward basket.) |
