The
following items are for special order. A product that is
special order means that the product is either out of print, or very
difficult to get. You are free to purchase a product that is Special
Order, but please keep in mind that you are not guaranteed to receive
the item. We will not charge shipping on the Special Order until we ship
the item to you.
There are two ordering options available:
1.
RESERVATION ORDERS – Pay 20% of the total cost of the item in advance
to RESERVE the item you want, then the rest plus shipping once your item
is in stock and shipped.
***FOR PARTIAL RESERVATION ORDERS, PLEASE SUBMIT THIS
ORDER FORM WITH
THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO RESERVE. AFTER RECEIVING THE REQUEST, WE
WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE REFLECTING THE PARTIAL PAYMENT OPTION.
2.
FULL ADVANCE PAYMENT
- Shipping will be charged once we ship your item.
***FOR FULL PAYMENTS, PLEASE SUBMIT THIS
ORDER FORM WITH THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO ORDER. WE
WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR YOUR PURCHASE SHORTLY THEREAFTER.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
If your item is out-of-stock, we will, per your request, either refund
your total reservation fee or full advance payment in the method you
paid us or in store credit.
FOR RESERVATION ORDERS ONLY:
If your item is in-stock, we will notify you by email. However, once we
have your item and you do not pay the remainder of the cost or do not
respond to our email in the span of 2 weeks, then we will KEEP YOUR
RESERVATION FEE W/O ACCEPTIONS!
REFUNDS:
RESERVATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!
Once we have placed an order for your requested item, and it
is in-stock and being shipped to us, YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND. Anytime
before that, cancellations for STORE CREDIT ONLY are accepted.
WAIT TIME:
Please expect a wait time of two weeks for us to determine
whether the item is out of stock or in stock. If the item is in stock,
it may take up to another 3-8 weeks to receive the item.
